Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Mirza Baqir's petition about the death of his wife and child, 1919
Mirza Baqir, an employee of the Finance Ministry in Kirman, claims that while he had left Hutkan to collect his wages in Jiruft, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Sarbanan had taken the writer's wife and his two children along with their household furnishing to his home. A few days later, Mirza Baqir's wife passed away and his children were sent to Hutkan on a pack animal. One of them stopped drinking milk and died eight days later. He is asking for justice.
